Video Life Certificate Module through UCO mPassbook app

The Video Life Certificate offers an easy and hassle-free experience for submitting Life Certificate. It simplifies the existing process of Life certificate submission. Submitting the “Video life certificate” is convenient and can be done without visiting branch. For the ease of Pensioner UCO Bank has launched Video KYC Module through UCO mPassbook mobile app. The user may download UCO mPassbook mobile app through the link: http://w.m2y.co/uco/b.php?i=p. Now pensione can submit Life Certificate via video verification. This feature will be completely online and hence, eliminate the need for pensioners from visiting the bank. This offering will also be convenient for senior citizens by eliminating multiple processes for them.

1. Salient features of Video Life Certificate Module:
   1. Submission of life certificate online.
   2. Upload of signature and other document online
   3. Verification through video module.
   4. Selection of video calling date and state as per pensioner convenience.
       
2. Eligibility criteria for submitting request through Video Module: - The pensioner should have pension account with UCO Bank can submit request for Video Life Certificate. For availing Video Life Certificate facility AADHAAR card should have been linked in customer id.
    
3. Process of submission of request for Video Life Certificate:
   1. Registration for UCO mPassbook: - The pensioner will have to register for mPassbook, if not registered already.
   2. Facility for VLC request: - The Video Life Certificate facility will be visible to customer having age more than 60.
   3. Uploading of Documents: -The pensioner has to request for Video Life certificate verification by uploading PAN Card, Photo and signature card. Facility for on screen signature is also available.
   4. Selection of Date: - The pensioner will select concerned state and date for requesting Video Life Certificate.
   5. After submission confirmation will be received to the customer through SMS.
       
4. Admin Module of Video Life Certificate: - The admin will check the uploaded document with the details available and after being satisfied with the document and details, the same will be allotted to VKYC officials for Video Life Certificate verification.
    
5. Please find the flow for Video Life certificate:
   1. Customer will open Video Life Certificate option after login into UCO mPassbook app.
   2. Customer will click on Life certificate module. This module will be visible only for customers having age greater than equals to 60 years in age. Please keep this module in Home page for better visibility. Customer will accept declaration.
   3. Customer will select account number and based on this selection, PPO number will be shown to user.
   4. If the given details are correct, Customer will upload signature and photo.
   5. Customer will select scheduled date (only working days) and time slot.
   6. Customer will select state and based on state selection by customer, one Aadhaar enrolment center list will be selected randomly along with complete address. Accordingly, request will go to VKYC admin portal of that aadhaar enrolment center.
   7. Customer will schedule Video Call and authenticate through OTP. Response will come.
   8. The process will come under review by admin only of that Aadhaar enrolment center. The VLC officials will make video call to the pensioner on scheduled time. During video call the same document has to be verified which was uploaded. During video call the customer has to again sign online on blank paper in front of bank official which will be matched against the uploaded signature. On completion of Video Life certificate verification, admin has to review the process & documents.
   9. Admin/ Branch Officilals will review the video Life Certificate done and finally approve the record.
       
6. Final approval: - The admin user will review the document captured during video call with the uploaded document and may verify or reject the record.
7. After final completion of Video Life Certificate process, SMS will be sent to Pensioner for status of Video Life Certificate process.
