Cardless Transactions (UCash)

UCO Bank has introduced Cardless Cash Withdrawal (UCASH) facility at our Bank’s ATM for our Customers. This facility is available to all our Registered UCO mBanking Plus users.

Salient Features:-

• Customers can use this facility at UCO Bank ATMs only.
• Within 4 hours of placing the request (Transaction window) for Cardless Cash withdrawal through M-Banking app, customer has to withdraw amount from Bank’s ATMs failing which his request will be expired automatically.
• Upon successful transaction or cancellation/expiration of one request customer can request for another cash withdrawal through M-Banking app.
• No charges will be levied from customers for UCASH transactions.

"Process:-

• Customer has to login in M-Banking app, set his 4 digit CPIN (Cash withdrawal pin valid for single transaction only and generate 10 digit reference no. (Token no. ) for UCASH transaction.
• Customer has to visit UCO Bank’s ATM before expiry of Token id
• Select UCASH option, enter Token id & CPIN.
• ATM will display amount for cash withdrawal & asks customer to confirm.
• Upon confirmation, customers account will be debited & amount will be dispensed to customer.
