" The Borrowers whose accounts have turned into Non-Performing Assets (NPA) are hereby put on notice that our Bank does not permit any borrower to let NPA consultants/intermediaries to act as proxies to NPA borrowers, in deliberating settlement related matters for NPA settlement, providing guidance on DRT/SARFAESI, settlement related matters for NPA settlement, providing guidance on DRT/SARFAESI, NCLT, additional financing etc.,

The borrowers who have availed credit facilities from our Bank are advised that no such consultants/ intermediaries/ proxies have been permitted to act on behalf of the borrowers with our Bank or prevalence of such practice exist in our Bank."
