Tender Document for Supply, Installation and AMC Of Fire Extinguishers at Various Branches / Offices of UCO BANK Situated at Delhi/New Delhi, NCR and in the State of J&K . UCO Bank, Zonal Office, New Delhi invites sealed tender offers (technical offer and commercial offer) from eligible, reputed manufacturers and/or their authorized dealers for supply, installation, commissioning Fire Extinguishers and AMC of existing fire extinguishers like Water CO2, DCP, CO2 and ABC in Various Branches / Offices of UCO Bank, New Delhi Region as third party maintenance, as specified in this document. Our Zone consists of 75 branches (Rural, Semi-urban, Urban & Metro) is spread over the States of Delhi, NCR and Sate of J&K and covers the districts: J&K, -Srinagar, Baramula, Jammu, Riasi, Samba, Kathua & Udhampur Direct manufacturers / authorized dealers / companies having good infrastructure for providing annual maintenance service, will be given priority in selection of firms. Bank reserves the right to engage more than one company simultaneously. Instructions to the vendors in relation to the AMC offer are given in Annexure I. The Terms & Conditions of the AMC offer are given in Annexure II. Vendor will have to furnish unconditional compliance for all terms and conditions of AMC offer. Please note that the vendors having franchise arrangement for maintenance & support cannot quote. The details are given below: Earnest Money Deposit of Rs. 1,000.00 (Rs One Thousand only) must accompany all tender offers as specified in this tender document. DD/Bankers’ cheques must be payable to “UCO BANK, ZONAL OFFICE, NEW DELHI”.
